Frozen pack is an eutectic cold pack gel basis (patented formula) of a negative temperature of –21ºC with high calorific power producing low heat conductivity, which allows the product to maintain frozen for up to four days.

Substitute to dry ice

Robust and resistant

The phase change is realized at –21ºC maintaining this temperature during long period of time (up to 96 hours). Suitable without any restrictions for any type of transport. The dry ice, on the contrary, is considered to be a dangerous goods and its use is restricted for air transport. Suitable for the food contact and transport. In case of cold pack cracking, the gel does not leak and is non toxic.

The thermal HDPE cold pack is rigid and thanks to the characteristics of the exterior material and the gel it contains it has good resistence against any breakage or damage. The gel’s substance help any type of deformation in the pack and at the same time it assures that it is solid and stable in case there is an actual breakage (not leaking).

USES

Transport of pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical and chemical samples, deep frozen products, biological samples, etc…
The cold pack shoud be frozen at –30ºC for 24 hours in order to achieve higher performance.
