Insulated Cooler Bag

The insulated cooler bag and the insulated shipping bag represent a perfect reusable solution to maintain the temperature of termo sensitive products between 2º to 8º C on short trips. ¨Last Mile¨, ¨Patient Bag¨ or the capillary distribution (1 to 6 hours).

Capillary distribution

The walls of the insulated shipping bag are filled with refrigerant gel that allows the transport of the product in the interior of the insulated shipping bag at refrigerant temperature for short trips of up to 6 hours.

Developed and designed by Kern Frio for the distribution of small volumes of products from the wholesaler to drugstores, from the wholesaler to domicile, from drugstore to domicile, from hospital to domicile, etc., to assure the maintenance of the cold chain in his last stage of distribution.

USES

Insulated shipping bag is used for transport no longer than 6 hours. Ideal for the capillary distribution of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, serums, transport of insuline, reactives, etc.

Insulated shipping bag
The insulated shipping bag is made of 3 layers high density insulating material.

Insulated cooler bag
The insulated cooler bag contains gel of high calorific power which permits a slow exchange of heat. The insulated cooler bag should be freezed or refrigerated for 24 hours before its use.

There is a posibility to produce the insulated shipping bag and the insulated cooler bag following the required dimensions and personalize it with logo of the client.
There are different types of closing: handle, zip...
There is a posibility to make the outside of the insulated shipping bag reflex the light.
