Reusalbe and flexible ice packs
The flexible ice pack allows to maintain the refrigerated temperature during longer period of time. The flexibility of the cold pack and the possibility of personalization to any dimension allows it to to any outher packaging and/or product.
Perfect adaptation to the packaging
Avoids the freezing of the transported product
Thanks to the process of manufacturing it is possible to have the exact dimensions of the cold pack regarding the needs of the system of packaging.
The thermal mass of the product and its thermal stability avoid the inicial freezing of the product and they guarantee the maintenance of the product refrigerated even despite the extreme winter cold or the initial contact with cold packs –21ºC.
  USES
 
Reusalbe and flexible ice packs
There are two diferentiated pre-cooling procedures:

Frozen (-20ºC)
Used for vaccines, pharmaceuticals, reagent, fresh food, and any other product that need to be shipped at refrigerated temperature. At the moment of direct use, the phase change brings the positive cold to the system.

Refrigerated (+5ºC)
Used for the transport of refrigerated products as vaccines, insuline, biological samples, reagents, pharmaceuticals and any other perishable products in general. The thermal mass of the gel inside assures the stability of the system at refrigerated temperature and evitates the freezing temperatures and the sudden changes of temperature.
